Player Participation Fees Information and Due Dates

The player participation fees are the same this year as in years past, $150 per sport with a $300 cap per family. It is imperative that families pay their fees. Fees help us pay for entry fees for invitationals, equipment and uniforms for teams, reconditioning of helmets and shoulder pads, and general equipment and field maintenance. All fees for fall sports should be paid by September 1, 2025. Preferably they should be paid by the first regular season game for each team. Families can pay in installments. Fees can paid through Pay School Central, https://www.payschoolscentral.com/. This a a provider change from the district with EZ Pay no longer doing school fees. Fees also cannot be paid in FinalForms. Families can also pay with cash or a check for the Player Participation Fees made out to Batavia Athletics.
