Top Ohio boys fall team of the week: Batavia Boys Soccer – The Bulldogs have now won three-straight matches after beating Goshen 5-1 and Clinton-Massie 5-0. Top Ohio small-school football player of the week: Owyn Swart (Batavia Football) – The senior linebacker was a key player on defense in Batavia's 34-21 win over Reading on Friday night. He had a total of 17 tackles. Of those, three were solo, 12 assisted, with four tackles for loss, one big sack and a fumble recovery. Top Ohio small-school boys soccer player of the week: Sutton Hunsicker (Batavia Boys Soccer) – The senior had two goals and an assist in a 5-1 win over Goshen. Top Ohio small-school girls soccer player of the week: Averie Layman (Batavia Girls Soccer) – The junior had three goals and two assists in a 6-0 win over Goshen.
