8th Grade vs Wilmington Middle School (24 - 36) - The Batavia Bulldogs 8th grade team lost a close game against Wilmington 36-24. The bulldogs held the ball on offense for the entire first quarter, capping the drive with a short touchdown run by Jamari Watson. The defense then led the way with scoring two defensive touchdowns, one was a pick six by Pierce Cobb and the other was a fumble recovery by Vinny Pastura. Next week the 8th grade football team has their last home game of the year against New Richmond.
